DAVCO has over 36 years of experience creating thoughtful and thorough custom designs, for new construction and renovation projects. We understand the importance of collaborating with designers, builders, architects, and other professionals right from the start. Clear and responsive communication is a priority on our jobs.
We’re proud of our reputation for being professional on the job and on time and on budget with our work. After we complete a project, we meet with clients for personal training (including documentation) and we stay in touch with our clients for ongoing service & support.
Although the majority of our work is residential, we have a growing commercial component as well. For both residential and commercial projects, we have access to benefits for professionals, such as Crestron’s Design Build Program.
Our first project meeting includes clients, architects, builders, designers and any other design-build professionals. This ensures a high level of project collaboration and maximizes design options and project efficiency. After gathering pertinent information, we create a custom design and detailed project proposal. Following the proposal review and acceptance, we coordinate with our partners to schedule installation. When the installation is completed, we meet with clients to show them their new system! Many of our clients enjoy the benefits of our service plan, DavConnect. This enables us to continue to take care of our clients, as their needs evolve or system updates become available.
Creating a home environment is a process, and as a technology partner, we provide support for clients before, during, and after installation. We also keep detailed documentation of every job, to ensure minimal disruptions when future service and upgrades are requested.

Remote support, network monitoring, product notifications, and scheduled maintenance help keep your system healthy and current. Our DavConnect customers have saved an average of $1500/year, but what customers really appreciate is the times they have avoided the inconvenience of the inevitable issues that seem to always occur at the worst time.
One memorable example is when we received an alert from a client’s system at 4am, the day of their holiday party. Some issues can be fixed remotely, but as luck would have it, this situation required a 2-person, 5-hour service call. Because of the advance notice of the issue, we were able to get the system back on track before the party!

While still available by phone, this is another avenue for communication, when a phone call may not be convenient. If you have a question or are experiencing a problem, just email Support@Davcoinc.com and your request will be sent to the DAVCO team. A team member will review your question and respond. We will schedule a service call and take care of the problem.
3. We do provide system rescues and service for systems we have not installed.

Home automation is a dynamic field, with a steady influx of new products. We devote a portion of each year to attending training and certifications sessions and meeting with product representatives to stay current with the new technology.
